Performance Marketing Specialist

About The Job
  • Develop media plan, strategy & tactics for online marketing campaigns
  • Manage the execution & optimization of online marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & TikTok
  • Perform audience, competitor & industry research
  • Analyze & audit past campaign data to spot correlations or trends and set future benchmarks and best practices
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad copies and landing pages to maximize conversions
  • Interpret data and turn them into actionable insights
  • Liaise with client on campaign performances, deliverables & recommendations
  • Coach clients on key differences between online marketing objectives, metrics, tracking, optimization & more
  • Improve campaign optimization work flow
  • Evaluate & propose adoption of emerging technologies based on organization’s needs
  • Deliver weekly, monthly & quarterly reports
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams in managing campaigns
  • Proactively propose best practices and/or methods to deliver better results for the clients
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the digital marketing field
