Challenge

Our objective was to introduce Le Minerale, a leading bottled mineral water brand in Indonesia, to the vibrant Malaysian audience, particularly targeting millennials and Gen Zs.
One of the major challenges we faced was Le Minerale Malaysia lacked any significant social media presence, let alone brand awareness, having not more than 40 followers on Meta and no established presence on TikTok and YouTube. Furthermore, the mineral water segment in Malaysia was fiercely competitive, making our task even more daunting.

Strategy

We devised a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that includes the use of social platforms namely Meta, YouTube, Google Search and TikTok as well as a wide range of content formats to amplify brand awareness and consequently lay a solid foundation for Le Minerale’s entry into the Malaysian market.
