Accounts Executive

About The Job
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow/balance sheet/P&L statement
  • Process daily and monthly documents, spreadsheet and reports, such as accruals and prepayments
  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts, resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
  • Manage payroll and monthly submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB
  • Liaise with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Ensure timely submission & payment of taxes
  • Basic administrative work as and when needed
  • Assist in office matters as needed
Job Requirements
  • Has at least 4-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in accounting softwares as well as spreadsheets
  • Detail oriented, disciplined, efficient, proactive & independent
  • Has strong organizational and multi tasking abilities
