About The Job
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow/balance sheet/P&L statement
- Process daily and monthly documents, spreadsheet and reports, such as accruals and prepayments
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts, resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Manage payroll and monthly submissions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB
- Liaise with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Ensure timely submission & payment of taxes
- Basic administrative work as and when needed
- Assist in office matters as needed
Job Requirements
- Has at least 4-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in accounting softwares as well as spreadsheets
- Detail oriented, disciplined, efficient, proactive & independent
- Has strong organizational and multi tasking abilities
