About The Job
- Compile supporting documents eg. receipts, bills, invoices & claims for accountant
- Monitor & record daily bank transactions
- Physically file and key in entries into accounting system
- Plan & initiate payment schedule to vendors
- Assist managers with research as well as preparation of monthly & ad hoc reports
- Provide back-end administration support for business development & operations team
- Maintain office pantry and other supplies level
- Maintain employee leaves record
- Assist with ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least 4 Year(s) of working experience in an administrative role
- Honest & trustworthy
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Highly responsible
- Possess adequate written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting softwares
