Admin Executive

About The Job
  • Compile supporting documents eg. receipts, bills, invoices & claims for accountant
  • Monitor & record daily bank transactions
  • Physically file and key in entries into accounting system
  • Plan & initiate payment schedule to vendors
  • Assist managers with research as well as preparation of monthly & ad hoc reports
  • Provide back-end administration support for business development & operations team
  • Maintain office pantry and other supplies level
  • Maintain employee leaves record
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least 4 Year(s) of working experience in an administrative role
  • Honest & trustworthy
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Highly responsible
  • Possess adequate written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting softwares
  • Team player
